1. Service Nature (Important)
Matrimonial Today provides digital and service-based products, including but not limited to:

Profile promotion or featured listings
Communication or contact access
Any other online matrimonial services
Since these services are intangible and activated instantly, refunds are limited and conditional.
2. Cancellation Policy
✔ User-Initiated Cancellation
Users may request cancellation before service activation, if applicable.
Once a paid plan or service is activated or used, cancellation is not allowed.
✔ Company-Initiated Cancellation
Matrimonial Today reserves the right to cancel a service if:False or misleading information is provided by the user
Terms & Conditions are violated
Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy (Very Important)
✅ Refund Will Be Provided ONLY In These Cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If the user is charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Payment Successful but Service Not Activated: Due to a technical issue from our side.
- Technical Error: If a confirmed system failure prevents service delivery entirely.
In approved cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

NO REFUND will be provided under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with matches, responses, or results
- User not finding a suitable match
- Lack of usage of purchased services
- Incorrect information entered by the user
- Profile rejection or suspension due to policy violation
- Partial usage of any paid service
- Delay caused due to user’s own inaction
- Any promotional or discounted plans
Once a service is activated, accessed, or partially used, it becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days
Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank
